Delete your Pickelx account

You can delete your Pickelx account and its personal data at any time: in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account. The page lists what you will lose.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your phone needs a connection. The account is deleted at once.

By email, without the app

Write to support@pickelx.com with the subject "Delete my account":

• if your account has an email sign-in, or a Google or Apple sign-in, write from that email address;
• if it is a guest account, include its support code (from Settings → Account) or its whole account ID.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days, and reply when it is done. A suspended or banned account cannot be deleted in the app: ask by email instead.

What is deleted at once

• Your sign-in details: your email address, your password's hash, and the link to your Google or Apple account. They can be used for a new account later.
• Every phone signed in to the account is signed out, and the phones' names are removed.
• Your notification tokens.
• Your player name, which becomes "Deleted player", your country and your character's look, wherever they appear, tournament brackets included.
• Your friends and friend requests.
• Your game events (the record of how the game was used).
• Your places on the leaderboards.

What is kept, and why

These records stay, linked only to the deleted account's ID, which no longer leads to a name, an email or a sign-in:

• Purchases (the store, the product, the order number, the gems and the dates): a refund from Apple or Google can arrive after a deletion and must find its purchase, and we keep a true record of sales.
• Coins, gems, tickets and items, with their history, and game progress such as missions, achievements and the battle pass: the record of each change to a balance is never rewritten.
• Match results, replays and rating changes: your opponents' match histories and ratings depend on them.
• Sign-in history without the phones' names: when each sign-in began and ended.
• Safety records: reports made by or about the account, suspensions and bans, fair-play signals, and the log of staff actions. They are the record of moderation decisions and security checks.

Copies of deleted data in our database backups disappear as the backups expire, within about a month.

Before you delete

• Deleting cannot be undone, and your progress cannot be brought back.
• Gems and items are lost. If you have bought anything in a version that sold it, purchases are not refunded: ask Apple or Google for a refund first.
• Pickelx has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel with Apple or Google.
